The San Diego endorsements include:

The endorsements reflect growing alignment among San Diego Democrats and builds on recent momentum following SEIU’s endorsement of Umberg’s campaign.

On the Board of Equalization, Umberg will protect homeowners, make sure local communities are not shortchanged, and ensure that large corporations and utilities are assessed fairly and accurately. The Board plays a critical role in administering California’s tax system and safeguarding revenue that funds public education, public safety, and essential local services.
