As a federal prosecutor and JAG officer, Tom Umberg convicted politicians and government workers of fraud, abuse, and corruption.  In the State Senate, Umberg wrote the “No Kings” law to prevent Donald Trump from appearing on California ballot again and backed legislation demanding accountability from ICE. He authored a measure to crack down on the influence of special interests in our elections.
